Continue urging Marin municipalities (electeds, law enforcement, school boards) to enforce and abide by current laws against e-motos and new minimum age ordinance for Class 2 throttle e-bikes (which also includes the e-motos mislabeled as Class 2 e-bikes — having claimed however erroneously that their vehicles are Class 2 e-bikes, manufacturers and retailers cannot escape the minimum age ordinance by claiming that they are really motorcycles)
Purchasers of e-motos mislabeled as e-bikes should seek a refund from the manufacturer and retailer, and consider suing if needed.
Assist other counties throughout California in learning the difference between e-bikes and e-motos, and enforcing the laws to protect public safety.
